How to submit an entry?

To make a submission, please check the awards judging criteria before you proceed. Judging criteria can be found in the respective awards page within the National Awards tab. The awards reserve the right to re-categorize incorrectly classified entries. Submissions are deemed complete only after payment is received.

For Individual Awards

1. Upload a professional photo of yourself, photo will be used for marketing purposes
2. Prepare your entry write-up based on the judging criteria. The criteria can be found in the National Awards tab for the respective category.
3. Entry write-up to be submitted in PDF format.
4. You may include high-resolution images or video in your submission. Video to be included as an embedded link within the document.
5. Please label all your documents and files accordingly <NAME _ CATEGORY_AWARDS NAME_FILE>
6. Read through the Terms & Conditions
7. Complete the online submission form and upload your documents

For Corporate Awards

1. Upload the organisation's logo, logo will be used for marketing purposes
2. Prepare your entry write-up based on the judging criteria. The criteria can be found in the National Awards tab for the respective category.
3. Entry write-up to be submitted in PDF format.
4. You may include high-resolution images or video in your submission. Video to be included as an embedded link within the document.
5. Please label your documents and files accordingly <ORGANISATION NAME _ CATEGORY_AWARDS NAME_FILE>
6. Read through the Terms & Conditions
7. Complete the online submission form and upload your documents

The write up should strengthen your entry, as well as providing the judge a better understanding of your submission. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries. Uploaded images and logos are never used for any purpose other than the promotion of Fitness Best Asia Awards.
